   The government has been catching up with enterprises for a long time for technical reforms. The planned economy period is an effective task. By the end of the century and the beginning of the century, technical reforms had gradually faded from the government's economic management. The main reason is that institutional reforms have been deepened again and again, and the competent authorities have disappeared and the temple has been withdrawn. According to the estimated loss of more than RMB 1 billion, it was a huge disaster for private enterprises in a consumer goods industry. However, Qiao Tianming, the chairman of the board, always said that Jiannanchun’s core competencies have not been “fundamentally cracked downâ€, and he has made decisions and arrangements for disaster relief, self-rescue, and miracles.

   The first is the team.
