Starting capacitor is damaged
1. Â Â Â Â Â Â Use voltage is too low, the motor starting time exceeds the limit, the capacitor overheating and blasting
2. Â Â Â Â Â Â Electric pump blocked for some reason, can not start, causing damage to the capacitor
1. Â Â Â Â Â Â Replace the capacitor, such as capacitor explosion, liquid leakage, you need to be cleaned
2. Â Â Â Â Â Â Determine the cause of the blocked pump and eliminate it, then replace the capacitor and remove the liquid it leaks
Centrifugal switch damaged
1. Â Â Â Â Â Â Centrifugal switch floor contact spring break; floor contact spring on the rivet wear or fall off, resulting in the centrifugal bakelite active contact with the contact reed rubbed; Centrifugal bakelite active sets broken; contact Reed moving contacts or floor On the contact off
2. Â Â Â Â Â Â Centrifugal switch contacts due to frequent arc oxidation, resulting in poor contact or electric shock contact
1. Â Â Â Â Â Â Replace the centrifugal switch. When replacing the base plate, open the end cover and inner cover. When replacing the centrifuge, pull the bearing and the centrifuge support by using the bearing pull foot first, then press the new centrifuge
2. Gently rub the oxide layer on the head with metallographic sandpaper and wipe it with alcohol
Thermal protector damaged
Electric pump overheating led to thermal protection device action, the electric pump thus cooling off, and later connected to the thermal protector, pump and overload operation into the process, about a dozen minutes, eventually leading to thermal protection damage, thus further Burn the motor windings
Timely check the cause of the pump overload and clear it, and then overhaul or replace the thermal protector
Submersible pump vibration and noise during operation
1. Â Â Â Â Â Â Motor or pump bearing wear, the shaft swing in the bearing, or shaft bending caused partial wear. Ammeter reading increases, the pointer violent swing
2. Â Â Â Â Â Â Loose impeller tightening nut, impeller and guide shell collision or friction
3. Â Â Â Â Â Â Thrust bearing wear, the impeller front cover and guide shell friction, ammeter pointer violent swing
4. Â Â Â Â Â Â Motor rotor or pump impeller itself dynamic balance failed
1. Â Â Â Â Â Â Immediately shut down, remove the pump replacement bearings or straightening shaft
2. Â Â Â Â Â Â Stop, lift the pump, tighten the impeller nut
3. Replace the thrust bearing or thrust plate; Impeller wear serious at the same time replace the impeller
4. Remove the motor rotor or impeller for dynamic and static balance test and deal with until balance, and then reinstall
