Jiangxi Changyi won the bid for Shannong Gasification Furnace Technical Transformation Project

In the bidding process for the coal gasification technology upgrade project of the synthetic ammonia gasifier at Shaanxi Shaanxi Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Changyi Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully secured the contract. This marks a significant step forward in modernizing the company’s production capabilities and improving efficiency. The original gasification system at Shanhua Chemical Fertilizer Company was based on UGI gasifiers with a diameter of 3 meters. These systems were known for their low output and high energy consumption, which severely limited the company's growth potential. Although the company later installed four φ2600 gasifiers, it still faced challenges with low production capacity and excessive coal consumption. To address these issues, the company decided to implement a technical upgrade aimed at achieving high-intensity gasification. After careful evaluation, they chose Jiangxi Changyi Industrial Co., Ltd. as the general contractor for the project. Jiangxi Changyi has a proven track record in similar projects. The company previously implemented four gasifiers for Jiangxi Changjiu Chemical Co., Ltd. and 14 gasifiers for Jiangming Sanming Chemical Company. In both cases, they used coal briquettes as raw materials and applied high-intensity gasification technology. Following the completion of those projects, the performance of the gasifiers improved significantly. The production load increased substantially, gas output rose by 25%, and the residual carbon content in the coal ash dropped by 50%. These improvements led to substantial cost savings and operational benefits. With this new project, Shanhua Chemical Fertilizer Company is expected to see similar positive outcomes. The upgrade will not only enhance productivity but also reduce environmental impact through more efficient coal utilization. This collaboration represents a strategic move towards sustainable and competitive industrial development in the chemical sector.

Ming Dao

The Ming dynasty (1368-1644) was a period of great cultural and technological development in China. During this time, the Ming dynasty saw the emergence of various martial arts styles and weapons, including the Ming dynasty broadsword.

The broadsword was designed for close combat and was known for its versatility and effectiveness in both offense and defense. It was primarily used for slashing, chopping, and thrusting attacks. The curved blade allowed for more efficient cutting and slicing motions, while the weight and thickness of the broadsword made it capable of delivering powerful strikes.

The Ming dynasty broadsword was often paired with a circular guard, known as a "d-shaped guard," which protected the hand and provided leverage for the wielder. The handle was usually made of wood or bone and was sometimes wrapped with leather or silk for better grip.

In addition to its use in warfare, the broadsword also became popular among martial artists and was incorporated into various martial arts styles. It was often used in combination with other weapons, such as the spear or the staff, to create a well-rounded fighting system.

Overall, the Ming dynasty broadsword was a significant weapon during its time, renowned for its effectiveness and versatility. It played a crucial role in the military and martial arts of the Ming dynasty, leaving a lasting impact on Chinese martial culture.
