(1) Frame plate
Adopt Q235 steel plate, The frame plates is cutted by flame cutting machine
 
(2) Hot plate
Adopt 45#steel plate which has been Double-length rolling and normalizing. The heating hole adopted deep hole drill.
 
(3) Upper and Lower pad
   Adopt Q235 steel, In order to ensure the production of precision, Using automatic cutting stock, Planer processing welding groove, Carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding, adopt Alloy welding wire. Then put into the furnace for heat treatment after welding. Complete elimination of welding stress, then machining, to ensure that no deformation in the process of using.
 
(4) Insulation board
Insulation board does not contain asbestos,Proof Pressure≥400kg/cm2,coefficient of heat conductivity 0.022w/m.k,Proof Temperature,220°C~250°C,thickness, δ20mm.

Packaging
 
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, to protect the painting surface, we use wooden packaging outside.The key parts of the machine, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
