Ten HF5066 trucks have been delivered to an oil mining company in the country to help transport oil drilling equipment to remote areas of the Sahara desert known for harsh environments. Another 55 HF7566 truck orders have already delivered the first six in September. With the increasing global demand for oil, ENAFOR - as part of the Sonatrach Group (Algeria National Oil & Gas Company), spared no effort to penetrate the desert to discover unexploited oil. Traveling through disastrous deserts and transporting dismantled drilling rigs is not an easy task and requires a strong transport capacity to protect them.

ENAFOR is headquartered in Hassi-Massaoud, a small Saharan town about 625 miles south of Algeria. Companies need to drill in some remote desert areas. The drilling equipment was first shipped and assembled, and then disassembled after six weeks for delivery to the next drilling site. It not only needs to transport drilling equipment, but also transports mobile infrastructure for energy supply, as well as the living facilities of workers who stay in the desert for several weeks each time.

The MOL team consisting of trucks equipped with Allison 4700 automatic transmission and Cummins QSX15 engine is the core of the entire transportation. Since each truck has to deal with a subdued Saharan climate, with maximum temperatures of up to 122 degrees Fahrenheit and driving mainly off-road, the MOL chose to equip each truck with an Allison transmission.

“The MOL has used the Allison transmission for more than 40 years. Since our customers are very satisfied with the fully automatic transmission, we have assembled the Allison transmission on each truck as a standard.” MOL CY's project Engineer Lieven Neuville explained.

Each truck is equipped with the ability to drive on sandy, rough terrain, which ordinary trucks cannot. The powerful chassis, 6X6 wheel configuration and the ability to offload heavy cargo without any auxiliary equipment allow the MOL truck to tackle the daunting task of the ENAFOR team.

In Neuville's view, the Allison 4700 was chosen based on two simple reasons: "high torque and reliability."

Thanks to the Allison multiplication torque function and Continuous Power TechnologyTM, even if the MOL truck is under heavy load, it can smoothly pass through the desert route roasted by the sun. The reputation for reliability and durability of Allison's fully-automatic gearboxes keeps MOL from worrying about failure, and failure in the Sahara will be catastrophic.

In fact, MOL insists on installing Allison automatic transmissions on trucks, also because it only works with manufacturers who can provide local product support. Allison Transmission provides comprehensive local support for gearboxes used in trucks around the world.

"We only choose companies that can provide local support services," Neuville said. "Thanks to Allison's service network, it is not just a supplier, it is a strategic partner of MOL."

600mm Diameter Sieve Machine

600mm diameter Sieve Machine is a standard and popular size sieve machine. it is widely used in food, Pharmaceuticals, chemical, building materials, plastic, mining, environmental protection and other fields.
Swing Vibrating Screen Machine is an efficient sieving equipment which is designed to meet the large out put, high-density sieving of the manufacturers. It is the effective simulation of artificial sieving movement, for processing of various of powder and special materials, particularly suitable for materials which are difficult to classify.
The screen machine can fit 1 ~ 5 layers of sieves.
