How to use the portable short-circuit grounding wire:
1. Split phase type: “grounding wire†each set of three groups, each group is connected by wire end line card, short circuit line and ground end line card. Use grouping to operate. After the power is checked according to the regulations, after confirming that the power has been cut off, first fasten the grounding terminal card to the grounding pole, then select the operating rod according to the voltage level of the power-off line, and hang the wire end card on the wire. After the work is completed, the wire end line card should be removed first, and then the ground end line card should be removed.
2, combined type: "grounding wire" due to different voltage levels, line card combination form and quantity, wire length is not the same, generally consists of three wire end line cards, short-circuit lines, grounding lines and a grounding line card form a " Ground wire". When using, first check the power according to the regulations. After confirming that the power has been cut off, fasten the grounding terminal card to the grounding pole, and then use the corresponding operating rods to hang the wire end card to the wire according to different voltage levels. (Operation bar has fixed and folded type) Remove the wire end line card first, then remove the ground end line card.
3. After the short-circuit current is applied, the grounding wire should be discarded.
maintenance:
1. Each group of “grounding wire†should not be twisted during use. When not in use, the soft copper wire should be well packed and stored in a dry room.
2. Before using the grounding wire, check whether the soft copper wire is broken, whether the screw connection is loose, whether the soft copper wire is bare or not. It does not meet the requirements and should not be used. It should be used after repair.
3, the grounding wire must not fall anywhere, pay attention to cleaning work, prevent sediment and dirt from entering the pores of the grounding device, thus affecting the timely replacement of parts for normal use.
4. After the grounding wire is removed, it must not be dropped from the air to ensure normal use next time.
5. The grounding wire should be regularly inspected and repaired, which will affect the zero price of normal use and replace it in time.
