Understanding of scheelite ore dressing process

Common inhibitors: sodium silicate (modulus 2.2-3), juice quebracho, tannin and various phosphates.

Common collectors : oleic acid, sodium oleate, tall oil, oxidized paraffin soap and so on.

The collectors all have foaming properties and generally do not contain a foaming agent. To improve the selective flotation of scheelite, polyvalent metal salts may be metal (e.g., ferrous sulfate) was added to the water glass, the slurry was warmed to 70-90 ° C, to improve the flotation of scheelite effect.

The scheelite is a carbonate, and the flotation concentrate can also be considered to be leached with hydrochloric acid to improve the concentrate grade of the scheelite. If the grade of scheelite ore is not high, it may be considered to use a spiral chute to abandon the tail before the flotation, or use a shaker to abandon the tail to improve the selection of the scheelite after the selection of the grade.
