Ice Storage - Focusun Turnkey Solution

The Ice Storage Rooms are constructed with an insulation layer and a coating of the outer and inner wall. The latest PU foam generator enables us to produce the highly reliable insulation layer of 75mm, 100mm or 150mm thickness.
We also offer multiple options for materials used for the outer and inner wall. High quality stainless steel SUS304 is fully compliant with food safety standards. As alternative, we have galvanized steel panels and durable, wear-resistant color steel plates from high quality suppliers to fulfill your needs in the most economical way.

Focusun Containerized Ice Storage Room
Focusun modifies the ISO ocean freight container to portable Ice Storage Rooms and Cold Rooms. The Containerized Ice Storage Rooms are fixed with air-cooling equipment, which keeps the temperature at -8° C. The container can also be equipped with an automatic rake system, crawler system or screw system to even out the ice layer smoothly and therefore the use ratio of the storage will be increased.
  
Before leaving the factory, every unit is tested to meet our high-demanded quality. Focusun provides the industrial flake ice machine with the capacity from 3, 000 kgs/24 hours to 60, 000 kgs/24 hours. Together with an evaporator, an insulated double-wall stationary cylinder is mounted in vertical position; And water is pumped into the top tray and distributed on the inner wall as a continuous water curtain. The low temperature refrigerant inside the cylinder walls makes the water freeze to the surface, and then the skate removes the ice from the wall without touching the cylinder. Because the ice is produced on the inner wall of the ice drum, the drum itself is static and only the water distribution and the skate are rotating. This allows the refrigeration system to be mounted in a rigid manner and stay completely sealed, which prevents the loss of refrigerant due to moving parts in the refrigeration system. Before leaving the factory, every unit is tested to meet the specifications.

All Focusun ice machines come out with 15 months full warranty. If the machine breaks down in 15 months, Focusun will send the parts for free, even send the technician over if situation needed. When beyond the warranty, Focusun will supply the parts and service only for factory cost.
