During the acquisition process, the grain department of the city dispatched a mobile acquisition team to perform quality inspections, weighed, shipped, and purchased to facilitate farmers’ sales of grain; the acquisition sites insisted on a 24-hour acquisition, and organized personnel to help sell grain to farmers and unload vehicles.
