1. Offset error: The offset value can be adjusted by PID self-tuning.
2. The supplied power supply is ±5V: No power supply VDC + 5V supply work, need to be replaced.
3. Humidity module: No 0-1V output or unable to work according to the actual humidity change or keep at a fixed value, need to be replaced.
4. Level switch: Always ON or OFF or unable to work, need to be replaced.
5. Water level:
1Insufficient control of the water level will often cause poor humidification and heating. If the water level is too high, it will result in insufficient humidification or loss of water and electricity inside the tank. (Add water to adjust the water level.)
2 Water passage blocked, please clear.
6. Humidification pump:
1. The power supply VDC+12V is not available and needs to be replaced.
2. The pump fault often ON/OFF cannot pump, need to be replaced.
7. Humidification heat pipe is damaged: no or no heat, need to be replaced.

1. Offset error: First self-tuning PID, adjust the deviation value after being inaccurate, and make it consistent with the actual correct temperature.
