The automatic vacuum furnace production line (see) combines each vacuum processing unit with a separate quench unit, a cryogenic vacuum furnace, a cold treatment furnace, and a tempering furnace. The entire production line is monitored with a remote protection system and an error alarm is issued to the operator when an error occurs in the management device.

In the manual operation part of the equipment, the semi-automatic charging and distribution system ensures high efficiency and strong time management, and the files are automatically prepared and executed by the furnace, for example: quenching in a multi-purpose box furnace and tempering in a tempering furnace.

3 Controlling the quenching room with the ICTE AutoMag system In addition to recording the actual time and process of heat treatment equipment, customers now also require a clear record of the various processing steps performed by their products from the time they enter the quench room to the time they leave. These steps include Goods inspection, preparation, batching, entering heat treatment process (containment, packaging, and shipping. Quality management (QM) system now performed by ABH and its customers, requires complete documentation, and records as a complete, tightly bound chain. Under each aspect of the above operations, AutoMag records data for each item of equipment that is available on various furnaces.

Processing with several devices (that is, successively processing on different devices) was performed separately in the past during the execution of each function of the device. These separate records and their printouts must be manually attached to special parts. Tests and test reports, a variety of operations and other processing steps must also be performed manually outside the actual quenching equipment.
