MAIN FUNCTION
1.Suitable for :Specialized large-scale processing factory  ,blade manufacturer ,board processing factory 
2,The lateral side of the machine tool adpots national standard double steel plate and lining stiffener.the bottom plate is welded by flat and thick steel plates, which have been subjuected to special treatment to suffciently ensure that the whole machine tool is stable ,and ftee from vibration and deformation .
3,The travelling support plate of the machine tool is made of cast iron through precision  machining to avoid potential deformation.
4,The travelling system of the machine tool adopts cycloidal pin gear speed reducer ,which works with the motor of national standrd to ensure travelling stability ,and greatly improve the grinfing quality and operational efficiency .
5,The machine tool adopts square linear guide rail ,the top of the guide rail is arranged with an accordion -like extendable dustproof and water-proof protection hood ,the whole body adopts centralized oil supply ,making the machine tool cleaner,and prolonging the service life of the guide rail.
6.The grinding head part of the machine tool adpots rapid hoisting device ,which makes the replacement of the grinding wheel more conveitent and rapid ,improves the operational eeiciency ,and reduces labor intensity ,the thickened ball screws inside work with the adjustable copper -made nuts to facilitate the adjustment of the axial clearance of the screw rods ,the grinding head  adopts the grinder motor of national standard and is reasonably designed to improve the grinding precision and prolong the service life .
