Features:

1. Chassis

Hot-dip galvanized chassis with a tow-bar imported from Germany. International standard trailer chassis.

Travel braking system: Electronic brake device.

Manual brake system at front of tow-bar.

Suspension type: 4400-pound load-bearing trailer with 5-leaf springs and axle.

Maximum speed: 120 km/h.

Wheels: 4x14-inch, double axles.

2. Body Material

Fully molded panel sheet with 35mm polyurethane in the middle. Logos can be added as per request.

3. Exterior

3.1 Commercial sunshade elastic awning imported from the USA.

3.2 Foldable food bench with keys installed on the exterior of the trailer, imported from Germany.

3.3 Waterproof black strip around windows, doors, and trailer; no visible screws from outside.

3.4 Food-grade 150L fresh water tank and 150L waste water tank under the chassis with gravity water inlet.

3.5 Four foldable support legs at the corners of the trailer.

4. Interior

4.1 Working bench made from 304 food-grade stainless steel with sliding doors underneath.

4.2 Doors with waterproof sealing strips and high-security locks imported from Germany.

4.3 Windows with waterproof sealing strips and hydraulic pressure jacks. Sliding window available as an option.

4.4 Anti-slip vinyl floor for easy cleaning, replacing checked aluminum plating.

4.5 Double sinks with water tap and 12V water pump, plus a gas water heater.

5. Electrical System

High-power distribution box with safety switch.

LED lights on the roof.

Standard sockets as required.

Cable layout as needed.

Exterior side lights and reflectors: tail light, brake light, and turn signal.

Hidden exterior power point.
