How to use centrifugal pump

Pump trial run should meet the following requirements:

â‘  drive the steering should be the opposite of the pump steering;

â‘¡ identify the pipeline pump and coaxial pump steering;

 '¢ fixed joints should be no loose parts, the smooth parts of the smoothing agent specifications and quantity should be consistent with the provisions of technical documents;

â‘£ pre-smooth parts of the site should be pre-smooth stop the rules;

⑤ all indicating instruments, safe maintenance and installation should be sensitive, accurate, solid;

â‘¥ car should be sensitive, no abnormalities;

⑦ cryogenic pump should be stopped prior to commissioning pump body preheating, the average temperature should rise, the temperature rise per hour should not exceed 500 ℃; pump body surface with a mandatory process of medium-temperature outlet pipe temperature should not exceed 4090;

⑧ set to eliminate the impact of temperature rise of the convergence installation, set the bypass connection installed to provide cooling water.

Centrifugal pump operation should pay attention to the following points:

â‘  stop running water, do not adjust suction port to reduce displacement, to stop running at too low a flow rate;

â‘¡ monitor the operation of the process, completely prevent the stuffing box leak, change the stuffing box to use a new filler;

â‘¢ to ensure that mechanical seals have plenty of flushing water, water-cooled bearings to stop the use of excessive water flow;

â‘£ smooth agent do not use too much;

⑤ stop the examination according to the recommended cycle. Establish operational records, including hours of operation, packing adjustments and changes, adding lubricants and other maintenance measures and time. Centrifugal pump suction and discharge pressure, flow, power input, lotion and bearing temperature and vibration conditions should be recorded on a permanent basis to record the rotor pump.
