The dust contains 1.1% copper and 3.29% sulfur, which is 1-2 times higher than the content of each element in the original ore. Therefore, the dust has complete recycling value.

To this end, in the second half of 1987, Dexing Copper Mine invested 32,000 yuan, newly built empty steel chute 162.2 meters, concrete chute 89.7 meters, using the original washing mining concrete chute 135 meters, the second phase of the project 28 sets of dust remover The dust under the whole is discharged through these chutes into the φ45m thick pool that was originally used for washing, and then the sand pump is used to hit the special grinding and floating system to produce copper concentrate with an average recovery rate of 21.6%. Only copper and sulfur are recovered, and the annual profit can be more than 1.2 million yuan.

In addition, the original design of the dust collector water consumption of 5 m ³ / 10000 air volume, in addition to the dust and sewage combined with the surface water discharged to the outside of the factory, the actual dust collector water consumption of 15 m ³ / 10000 air volume, resulting in the drainage ditch often not smooth, so that the factory The internal sewage is up to 0.7 meters deep, which affects the normal production and pollutes the environment. To this end, all of the water is recycled and purified for recycling of the dust collector, thereby improving the environment, and the annual sewage discharge fee is 1.26 million yuan.
