The selection criteria include: a suitable product mix; outstanding quality performance; and excellent logistics services that achieve global and regional distribution. In addition, the requirements of the two joint suppliers are also increasing: development time is shortened and quality management requirements are strengthened. It is understood that through joint procurement and close cooperation with high-quality suppliers, the two companies can use synergies to reduce costs and respond more effectively to challenges.
