2. With three sets of high precision servo system, the machine performance is precise, time efficient and energy saving in preform feeding, bottle-out linked action and it can regulate distance automatically.
3. Special machine for jar, which is suitable for PET food-bottle volume under 1.5L.
4. With high efficiency the single cavity output can reach up to 700bph (for jar).
5. Continuous preform heating technology (do not stop gearing while blowing bottle) can guatantee heating temperature consistency and avoid the lamps heating value difference influenced by voltage fluctuation.
6. Heating preform in short pitch(72mm), while blowing bottle with the long distance(80-130mm) according to customer's requirement.
7. With cylinder hinge locked and pressurized construction(not gasbag pressurization), mold clamping force can up to 4.5T, thus to ensure no swelling in this energy saving way and output products in good appearance.
